Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it and set aside.
Whisk together the rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large mixing bowl so the dry ingredients are evenly combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk the almond milk, eggs, maple syrup, melted coconut oil and vanilla until smooth. Stir in the peanut butter until it is mostly incorporated (small streaks are fine).
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and fold gently until no large dry pockets remain. Fold in half the blueberries so they’re distributed through the batter.
Transfer the oatmeal batter to the prepared pan and smooth the top. Scatter the remaining blueberries over the surface and, if desired, dollop a few teaspoons of extra nut butter and swirl gently with a knife.
Bake for 30 to 36 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set but still slightly springy. Ovens vary; start checking at 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes so the bake firms up. Slice into 6 squares and serve warm with a drizzle of extra nut butter if you like.
